I was very disappointed with the service I received. After the diagnostic I was told I needed a part installed and it could be done in a day and the car was safe to drive until then. Once the part arrived, I called for an appointment and SPECIFICALLY asked for a day that it could be completed in the same day. I’m a returning Kia customer and traveled several hours out of town to purchase a brand‑new vehicle, with the transaction scheduled and most paperwork completed digitally in advance. Unfortunately, the experience at Kia of Beavercreek fell well below expectations.
Despite advance coordination, the sales representative was unprepared when I arrived. I was assured prior to travel that all‑weather floor mats were available and included, only to be told at delivery that they had not yet arrived—despite knowing I live hours away and would not be returning easily. What an outstanding experience buying our 2027 Telluride. CJ was amazing, and was always there to respond to my calls, emails, and messages. The entire team treated us like family, going out of their way to help us buy the car we wanted, if you haven’t visited Kia of Beavercreek, do yourself a favor and stop in on your next purchase. Full 60000 mile service plus. All work done right and faster than expected. Parts returned (spark plugs and pcv valve) as requested. Estimate $ and bill exactly matched. Plus a car wash!

Received a letter offering a free ignition upgrade to fight theft for our 2021 Kia Forte. Called dealer, told them what it was for. They scheduled appointment about 5 days in advance. Had to make special arrangements to get to the appointment. Showed up and was told that they didn't have the part. They ran out. Great dealership, I purchased my vehicle here and continue to return for its routine maintenance. A major point that stands out is, my most recent service, the technician accidentally did very minor damage to one of my wheels during the tire rotation. It was so minor I probably would have never noticed it but the technician and the dealership were so completely honest they not only informed me but also replaced my wheel free of charge. That kind of upfront honesty is very rare and very appreciated.

After a short wait in the lounge with complimentary coffee and water, service was complete. Oil change and tire rotation were all my Telluride needed. A full inspection confirmed that no other services were required. Overall, a very satisfactory visit to Kia of Beavercreek.

I thought long and hard about writing one of these and I felt like I needed to let other people know just how awful this service center is. I had my vehicle towed there with a blown head gasket. I was seen immediately upon arriving at my appointment time. I was thoroughly informed of the reason for the service and asked if I had any other concerns or issues. I was given an estimated time for the service, but it was completed well before that. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the coffee was good. Upon checkout I was informed of what they did (software update) and saw that they also performed a very thorough vehicle check. Very good experience!

I was able to make my appointment online for a oil change online few days prior. The process was really easy. My vehicle was taken in right away. The wait was pleasant in the roomy quite seating area. I appreciate that they provide office type counters if you need to work on your laptop. My wait was not very long.
