I moved back to Ohio in 2020. I had bought a Kia Soul in Virginia and looked for a reliable Kia dealership that I could take the Soul to for service. They always did a great job so when I decided to trade it in, I found a wonderful Kia Sportage that was exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the new feature that the shop has implemented. The technicians send you a personalized link to your phone and email with a video explaining the work they are doing, as well as any additional work that is being suggested. It gave a level of transparency that I feel most autoshops do not include.
