I bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid SX Prestige model. We went on Sun 3/16/25 thinking only about test driving. We were greeted by the General Sales manager whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment. We Corbin Rhinehart took over from there and was my ideal type of salesman...chill and relaxed with no sales pressure tactics. That is the one thing I absolutely hate about car salesman...the over hyper fake friendliness and then pressuring you into buying. Corbin was the complete opposite and very much appreciated. Since leasing and having my Kia Sportage serviced regularly at Kia of Beavercreek, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and even though there is a Kia dealership closer to where I live, I take my car to Kia of Beavercreek for sevice!

Came in for oil change/tire rotation and 2 days before appointment I got a slow leak in one of my tires. I was able to bring it in and the service department fixed the leak along with the other services I had scheduled. My waiting time was not long and they have a nice waiting area.

I either received invitations to visit dealerships or the price of the vehicles were falsely advertised. Only Kia of Beavercreek provided straight forward cost including all fees and taxes. Needless to say I came for a test drive and bought my new car there. Aaron did a wonderful job explaining everything and answered all my questions about the vehicle. Got oil change on my sportage hybrid. Waiting area is comfy. The wait was a bit longer due to software update but overall it was good.

Took 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to take a look at the radio due to it not working properly. Received explanation that it’s a software and need it updated but no version is out yet. I have a 2023 Forte with no radio..

Had to call multiple times for an update and person sounded put out when I asked to call for an update on the paint of the mirror and said he would have someone else call and get back with me. They never did and I had to call again for an update. Took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. I won’t be back.
