Your call in system is bad. It took me the first day 4 hours to get to talk to the service department. The second day I never got connected to the service department. When I picked up my car the service person was very helpful at the dealership. You need to work on the phone system.

Kia folks were 1st rate -- I received info on my car within an hour or 2 that was spot on... Fixed within a 1 or 2.... including new tires.... Like in the past, I would have no issue taking car to them -- reasonable pricing as well.

Despite a clear backlog of repairs, these mechanics went above and beyond to get my 2011 Soul into a repair bay for diagnostics, reassuring me that the repair was not catastrophic (financially). I had to wait my turn for the repair to be started, but I wasn't dreading the phone call for days.The staff are friendly and efficient, even when they are busy, and I am more than happy with my service experience.

We had a great experience. Salesman was on the new side, but wasn't pushy at all and if it was a question he wasn't 100% on he went and asked. They worked well with giving us a fair value our trade in and we left purchasing a new 2023 vehicle. I came to Kia to get my 60,000 mile service done, it took a while, but I was satisfied with the service I received. I have had to come back up to the Kia of Beavercreek, two more times since the in the past two weeks, I have waisted gas and time. I hope my experience gets better.

Went in for 1st oil change on my daughter's vehicle. Given estimate of 45 mins and only a few mins past that when my vehicle was ready to go. I like the two options for customer waiting inside and seems to be a great group working there. 😄

I had an okay experience. I ordered a new vehicle, and communication was sparse unless I reached out for status. The vehicle was extended a few weeks which I understood. When the vehicle arrived and I went in to complete the purchase, three items were missing from my "custom" build. I was not notified of this beforehand, only when I went to purchase the vehicle. The communication could be improved upon. It felt like a transactional purchase or my order was taken, not a relationship sale. I love the vehicle, but the vehicle sold itself.

MARK the service manager at the desk was very knowledgable and accommodating. He not only helped get the car in on time but made sure it was completed earlier than expected. He called before the repair was complete to ask if it were alright if the color was not white but black. The car came back finished and delivered. He also told me of a recall for underbody work.
